We are happy to provide clear, up-front pricing so that you know what to expect from us from the very start. Our prices start from a basic ‘bronze’ package up to a complete ‘gold’ package, and we are sure we will have something to fulfil your requirements and budget. If there is something specific you require we are more than happy to discuss this with you. We want your event to be perfect, so we will be as flexible as possible to make your day run smoothly and stress-free.

All prices quoted below are for guideline purposes to give you an idea of what we offer. If the number of children attending is higher or lower than the 9 we have shown below for illustration purposes, then these prices are obviously subject to increase or decrease accordingly.

 

Mobile Crèche Service:

Bronze Package: (Minimum booking of 2 hours)

This package includes:

  • A room / area fully equipped with exciting and age-appropriate toys and games
  • Party games & music
  • An arts & crafts table (we will provide protective ponchos to protect clothes!)
  • A quiet corner for reading, relaxing (and napping!), equipped with suitable books & magazines
  • Baby friendly facilities such as a travel cot, play gyms, rocking chairs, changing mats etc (if required)
  • Decorations in the room such as balloons & banners
  • Name badges for each child

For up to 9 children for a 2 hour booking                           £230.00

Each additional hour                                                             £95.00

 

Silver Package: (Minimum booking of 2 hours)

This package includes all of the above plus:

  • Face Painting
  • Party bags for each child

 

For up to 9 children for a 2 hour booking                           £275.00

Each additional hour                                                             £95.00

 

Gold Package: (Minimum booking of 2 hours)

This package includes all of the above plus:

  •  A bouncy castle, ball pool or character mascot of your choice*

 

For up to 9 children for a 2 hour booking                           £375.00

We can also provide additional services at an extra cost such as:

 

  • Entertainers (Magicians, Clowns etc)
  • Themed parties for the children (such as Pirates & Princesses) where we can decorate the room and provide props, costumes etc to fit the chosen theme
  • Soft play hire
  • Anything else you can think of!

 

These can all be pre-arranged as required.

Babysitting Service

We are happy to provide a babysitting service at the venue once the children are asleep in their rooms. This will allow you enjoy the party into the night, safe in the knowledge that your children are being personally cared for by a fully CRB checked and insured babysitter. They can be provided in each hotel room for up to 3 children per babysitter.

This is charged at £15.00 per hour, per room. We are happy to stay until whatever time is pre-arranged with each parent/guardian. Each babysitter must be provided with the Parent/Guardians mobile telephone number in case of any emergency.

 

Payment Terms

An initial £75.00 booking fee** secures your event date. This fee also includes:

  • Visiting your chosen venue before your event to ensure that a suitable room or area is available for your little ones to be entertained.
  • Conducting an on-site risk assessment at the venue to ensure that it complies with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Liaising with the venues Fire Officer to ascertain their fire & emergency procedures.
  • Booking the staff required for your event.
  • All associated admin costs.

We then require full cleared payment a minimum of 10 working days before the event. If the event is less than 10 working days away, we will require full payment upfront at point of booking.
